Why Keep Planting, Even When No One Sees
Take Heart ShopShare
For the past two weeks, we’ve talked about bold ways to share Jesus. (Catch up here: Part 1 and Part 2). Today, I just want to encourage you one more time: keep making every effort to bring people to Him. Every small action matters.
Maybe you’ve wondered:
-
“What if I don’t see any fruit?”
-
“What if I step out, and nothing happens?”
-
“What if no one notices?”
Here’s what I want to remind both you and myself this week: Faithfulness isn’t about being seen. It’s about obedience. Jesus calls us to be light, even when the room still feels dark.To plant seeds, even when we don’t see sprouts. To love, even when it feels like no one is watching.
The results? They’re not up to us.
Our part is obedience. God’s part is the harvest.
So here’s your gentle reminder:
-
That co-worker who always shrugs off your invitations?
-
The friend who scrolls past your faith-filled posts?
-
The barista who smiled when you wore that You Are Loved tee?
Seeds are being planted. You’re doing Kingdom work. And none of it is wasted. Need a little fuel to keep going?
Here are 3 simple ways to stay consistent this week:
-
Pray before your day begins. Invite the Holy Spirit to lead, even in the ordinary.
-
Start with one person. Choose someone to intentionally encourage in the Lord.
-
Wear the message. (You know we believe in this one!) Sometimes a simple shirt preaches louder than a sermon.
Let’s keep going, friend! Even in the quiet. Even when it feels small.
God is working. Always.
P.S. I’d love to hear from you: what’s one small step you’re taking this week to live your faith out loud?
"Heavenly Father, Help me point others to Jesus. May my life speak loudly of Your glory. Holy Spirit, give me wisdom and courage to boldly lead people to God. All glory and honor to You, my Lord. In Jesus’ Name, Amen."
